I am a chiropractor and have a wellness clinic on the Westside. When I started my clinic I knew I had to find a great massage therapist to send my patients to if they needed any soft tissue work. I purposely had massages from a bunch of massage therapists during my first year of practice, to try and find someone I could send my patients to that I knew would give them results. After my first massage with Tracy I knew I had found someone with a deep understanding of the body and the skills to help people. I have been sending all of my patients who need soft tissue work to Tracy for the past 5 years and I wouldn’t trust anybody else to touch my patients. I also see Tracy on a weekly basis for maintenance care for my body.

Tracy is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and currently holds state board licenses in Florida and Texas. She is the Founder of Zen Therapeutic Retreat and 1Fit Physique By Tracy. Professional memberships include; American Massage Therapy Association, American Counsel on Exercise, the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America, American Fitness Professionals & Associates, The National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and Southwest Integrative Wellness Alliance. She has donated gift certificates and volunteered numerous hours with sustainable and socially responsible businesses such as the General Dynamics Corporation, American Cancer Society, Gate River Run, El Paso Marathon, Big Brothers Big Sisters of El Paso and Girl Scout Troops, keeping Tracy involved in the local Business community on many levels.
